Silicon PU Stadium Construction Procedures
a. Basic surface treatment: The base surface requires good smoothness, no cracks, delamination, etc. The asphalt concrete requires sufficient strength and compactness. If it is a cement concrete base, it should be treated with a primer on its surface.
b. Polyurethane plastic layer construction: The material shall be coated with a special construction tool on the base surface and the thickness of the coating shall be controlled according to the design requirements.
c. Topcoat construction: After the plastic coating is dried and solidified, a layer of wear-resistant non-slip, weather-resistant topcoat can be applied to the plastic surface layer, and different colors can be distinguished according to different functions of the course.
